I know it's going to sound crazy, but it sounds like a heart beating 1

I have a heart beat sound in my right ear that I can feel pulsating at times. This drives me crazy! Thats why I am going to see the ear doctor tomorrow. The sound drives me crazy at night too because it sounds like my heart is dieing or something, but its not. The heartbeat is not present all the time, but i do hear a constent blood flow. i know that if i puch on my neck in a certain spot it will stop, but i am sure that is prob not good, but sometimes its the only way i can get 30 seconds to myself. Does anyone know what this is? I have had the heartbeat in my right ear for about 8 weeks now (I’m 38 weeks currently) my doc told me this is the blood flow going from my neck to my brain so it’s not a heart beat at all. I too have started hearing my heartbeat in my right starting at 19 weeks (the sound comes and goes during the day.) The doctor said it is normal because of increased blood flow during pregnancy. I ONLY DO IT WHEN FEEL LIKE IM GOING TO GO CRAZY,BUT ITS NOT THE ONY THING THAT HAS STARTED A FEW DAYS AGO I WAS LAYING ON THE COUCH AND MY HEART STARTED BEATTING REALLY FAST AND IT GOT HARD TO BREATH. Sometimes the sound can be difficult to listen to, even with a stethoscope. I have been hearing a pulsing sound in my right ear for over a year now. It’s enough to make anyone crazy sometimes. I just thought, hey, my whoosh sounds like a heartbeat without the thump.
